How airport pickup works
- Book online or on WhatsApp and send your flight number and arrival time.
- We confirm the car, the price and the deposit for that car in writing.
- Our team meets you at arrivals with the car. We check the car together, sign the rental agreement and hand over the keys.
- At the end of your trip, return the car at the airport before your flight, or anywhere in Kigali, again at no extra cost.
Why rent at the airport instead of taking taxis
Kigali International Airport is in Kanombe, roughly 10 km east of the city centre, about 20–30 minutes by road depending on traffic. If you are staying more than a day or two, or you plan to leave Kigali for a national park, a rental car is usually cheaper and much more flexible than booking taxis or transfers for every trip.
Having your own car from the moment you land also means you can go straight to your hotel, stop for a SIM card and cash, and start a road trip to Volcanoes National Park, Akagera or Lake Kivu the same day.
Airport car hire prices
Our daily rates are the same whether you collect the car at the airport or in town. Rates include insurance, unlimited mileage and 24/7 roadside help. Rentals of a week or longer get a lower daily rate.

Prefer a driver?
If you would rather not drive after a long flight, book the car with a driver. The driver meets you at arrivals and can stay with you for your whole trip or just the transfer to your hotel.
Late-night and early-morning flights
We work 24/7, so late arrivals and early departures are not a problem. Tell us your flight number when you book so we can plan the handover around your actual landing time.

Is airport delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery and collection at Kigali International Airport and anywhere in Kigali are included in the daily price.
What do I need to collect a car at the airport?

Is there a deposit?
The security deposit depends on the car you choose. We confirm the exact amount in writing before you book, and it is returned when the car comes back in the same condition.
Can I return the car somewhere other than the airport?
Yes. You can return the car at the airport, your hotel or any address in Kigali.
